Further details regarding YG's new girl group has been revealed. YG Entertainment announced that their new girl group will be individually revealed one at a time starting this week. YG Entertainment also revealed that production behind the group's debut song. It will be produced by CEO Yang Hyun Suk's respectable assistant, Teddy.

As for the new girl group, Yang Hyun Suk said, "They've been training for a while, and their talents are proven. They've been trained like they were in the military. They won't have the feel of being a second 2NE1 because they are slightly different. We're a little burdened because it's our first girl group in 7 years, but we're confident." As allkpop quoted.

It was previously reported, that the girl group was already wrapping up the preparations for their official debut.

In an interview with OSEN last year, Yang Hyun Suk said, "I'm considering of forming a girl group focused on members whose beauty will overwhelm the public's expectations." Many people then gave interest since YG Entertainment is best known for promoting exceeding talent and beauty other than the typical standard of appearance.

This new girl group will be the first girl group to debut since 2NE1.
