'Game of Thrones' Spoilers and News Update: Introduction of a ‘New Red Woman’ May Steer Changes in the Plot
Melisandre with her magical prowess may have stolen the show but not anymore as there has been an introduction of a 'New Red Woman' who is likely to give tough competition to Melisandre.
In the latest preview of the fifth episode of 'Game of Thrones' season 6, a new character has been introduced which, according to fans and viewers, could bring certain visible changes to the plot or trend.
According to reports Melisandre believes that Jon Snow is the prince, which led fans into believing the fact that she regards Jon Snow to be a reincarnation of Azor Ahai. Azor Ahai is a legendary figure, who is believed to defend the world from R'hllor's rivalry. However, the new introduced character may not abide by the same hypothesis. She may have her own ideas on who is the reincarnation of Azor Ahai.
Going by the preview of Episode 5, it seems that Daenerys may be the preferred choice as she was reborn from smoke and walked into the fire - reemerging with three baby dragons. Daenerys has a loyal army and she has taken on the city of Meereen. Her bravery was on show in the last week's scene as well as she defeated the Khals.
The new character would be introduced to the fans and viewers of 'Game of Thrones' dressed pretty much the same as Melisandre offering advice to Tyrion and Varys, in the absence of Daenerys. There is a lot of speculation on who is actually the "prince who was promised" and as fans ponder over it, there could be some shocking revelations as well.
There have been popular theories that Azor Ahai is not a single person, but three symbolic of the three heads of a dragon. Going by this theory, Jon Snow and Daenerys could be two of them. Now, the question arises - Who could be the third? This is the most interesting part of the plot. There have been speculations that Tyrion Lannister, rumored to be the elder brother of Daenerys, could be the third.
While each of the three characters complements each other, and brings in something to the throne, the possibilities are endless, and so is the excitement.
