Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell News Update: Rumored to Tie The Knot This Summer

Ben Higgins and Lauren Bushnell fell in love in the 2016 edition of 'The Bachelor' and since their engagement in November, the duo has been doing well.

Ben and Lauren have been previously stated that they would be tying the knot by the end of the year. There had even mentioned in various interviews that the wedding plans are around the corner, but there has been no dates fixed as of yet. However, they do prefer the winter time frame, and the timing of the event would surely be in line with the previous weddings of the franchise.

On the flip side, recent reports reveal that the duo may not wait till the winter to tie the knot. Rumors suggest that they will get married this summer, which would be extremely prompt, taking into consideration the weddings from the 'Bachelor Nation'. The duo shares an amazing camaraderie and has no doubt on the fact that they wish to get married soon.

In fact, they are even open to their wedding event being televised on ABC - which means that they need to fast track the planning. Also, all the planning and events would be done by the network, which would ensure prompt action. There has been no official confirmation on this though. However, Lauren has expressed her interest in a summer wedding, especially in her home town of Oregon.

The duo, currently placed in Colorado, was seen together attending several events. Recently they did separate for some time as Ben flew to meet his mom on behalf of 'Mother's Day' while she flew to California. Both of them have their dedicated jobs as well with Ben working at Talysis, and Lauren works part-time with Alaska Airlines. Her profession does help in her frequent travels to California for planning her wedding. Although there has been nothing official as of yet, still her recent travel to California does suggest that the duo would get married soon.
