‘The Young and the Restless’ News Update: Chaos Continues and Big Secrets Come Out
Genoa City has been in the grip of tension for the last week and the coming times do not offer much of a relief.
According to reports, one major secret about Christian is revealed. In Wednesday's episode, Sharon tells Mariah that Sully is Christian. She opens up after Mariah questions her nervous reaction to Sage's journal. Sharon comes clean after Mariah mentions miscarriage and the latter urges her to reveal the secret to Dylan.
On the other hand, Nick heads to Adam's penthouse to find the truth of the letter Sage left for him. Chelsea comes to his rescue and scramble to cover up. Adam tells him that Sage mentioned something he did, which was unforgivable and stops at it.
Later, Nikki and Dylan discuss about their family and worry for Nick. They are anxious about Victor being hell-bent on taking revenge against the rest of the Newman family. Nikki admits to getting drunk and Dylan requests her to put a stop to her relationship with Victor.
Victor and Adam have a meeting in the prison where Adam mocks him a bit, telling how well family and business would work in his absence. Victor is furious and retorts that he will have to eat his words. After Adam leaves, Victor reminisces his own tussles with his father.
The lovely couple Michael and Lauren make a pleasant appearance after a long time and discuss his reinstatement as a lawyer. Michael wants to relax but after some persuasion, decides to give it a try. He is soon approached by Nikki to handle her divorce case and he agrees.
In a heartbreaking moment, Nick goes to Sage and Christian's grave and laments how she should not have left with a secret. On watching this, Sharon feels the urge to tell Dylan everything but she is interrupted as Newman shows up and tells Dylan that he wants Adam to be arrested for murder.
