MacBook Pro 2016 Rumors, News and Release Date: Will The Launch Happen Anytime Soon?

MacBook Pro models that were released last year are currently on sale. Best Buy is offering $100 discount on 13.3-inch MacBook model from last year. Even though sale on previous year's models is no telltale sign that the new ones may be in the offing, it does make sense though that Apple may be clearing retail shelves to make way for their newer laptop.

The speculation that MacBook Pro 2016 will be released soon has been doing the rounds even before the discounts.

Many Apple fans were expecting that MacBook Pro will be released earlier this year during March event. However, the event came and went by, but Apple made no announcements about the highly-anticipated laptop.

But if the latest rumors are to be believed, there is a fair chance that MacBook Pro 2016 may be launched next month. This rumor intensified as the dates for WWDC event were announced that will be held in June.

It is important to note that there is no official announcement from Apple or any advertising related to the laptop that has been unveiled at the upcoming event. Instead, Apple is dropping hints about their latest versions of iOS, OS X, WatchOS and tvOS at the event.

But it is not exactly unheard of for Apple to make surprise announcements and take fans by the storm. So even if there is no advertisement regarding upcoming MacBook Pro, it doesn't mean that there is no possibility for it to be launched at WWDC.

In fact, there are also rumors that Apple may even decide to launch their new laptop before WWDC. However, given that the event is just round the corner, the rumor seems highly improbable.
