If rumors and recent reports are to be believed, production for the upcoming "Attack on Titan" season 2 is already in the process. Speculated to release by the end of this year, the second season will cover "Clash of the Titans" and "Uprising Acres."

Even though there is no official word from Wit Studios about Season 2 of "Attack of Titan," Twitter post by Shonen_Lord reveals anime projects lined up for the producer. The tweet also indicated that the second season of the popular show is on its way.

There are also rumor mills suggesting that "Attack on Titan" is delayed since the producers were more focused on "Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress." Even though the fans were disappointed to learn that the manga series were not favored over "Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress," they are still happy that their favorite show is underway and will be released soon.

The release date for the series has not been revealed yet, but the rumor says that "Attack on Titan" season 2 will not be a sequel of the first part. There is also report that series creators are planning to show a completely different plotline which will be something different for the audience.

For now, nothing about the show has been confirmed and the fans must wait for the official statement by the show producers to know its actual fate. However, fans do hope that Season 2 will be as long as the first season, if nothing else.
