‘Prison Break’ Season 5 Spoilers, News & Updates: Release Date Revealed
Fans and viewers will be able to catch their favorite show, "Prison Break," Season 5 much sooner than anticipated. Faran Tahir, a new cast member who has joined the team to play Jamil has revealed the air date of the show.
"I will be playing the recurring role of Jamil on 'Prison Break: Sequel' (Mini TV Series) Season 5 which is expected to air from September 2016," Tahir wrote.
The fans have been anxiously waiting to hear about the show and this piece of news is definitely going to set the ball rolling. The show came to an end in 2009 and since then the fans have been eagerly waiting for its revival by Fox channel. Tahir expressed how excited he is about the way story progresses after Michael (Wentworth Miller) was presumed dead in season 4 finale.
"The beauty of the show is the reunion of all these loved characters with the inclusion of some new ones. What I can say is that the story has been taken forward in a very smart way," he said.
Meanwhile, according to the season 5 spoilers, there is also a possibility that Michael is in prison in Yemen. Lincoln (Dominic Purcell) and Sara (Sarah Wayne Callies) will eventually find out that Michael is alive and will plan the "biggest escape ever."
Apparently, Lincoln will also suffer from an accident in Season 5. Purcell recently shared a photo of him and his body double lying on the hood of the car.
