Prince William has reportedly expressed concern about his wife's fixation with exercising and diet. Duchess of Cambridge is undeniably a beautiful woman with svelte figure but Queen Elizabeth and Camilla-Parker Bowles are known to be horrified with her commoner standards.

As per the insiders, Kate Middleton is either exercising, following an extreme diet routine or making frequent trips to plastic surgeons rather than using her time to do charity work like the way Princess Diana did. Critics say that Kate Middleton will someday be Queen of England but she doesn't know how to rise up to the standards of royal values and duty to crown, and by extension, to the country too.

The sources claim that Prince William has already acknowledged the fact that he married a girl who hold low-class Hollywood standards. It is also said that the Prince now wishes to have married an aristocrat instead who could fit right into Royal wife role.
