‘Teen Wolf’ Season 6 Spoilers and News Update: Harry Styles to Replace Dylan O’Brien?

Season six of MTV's "Teen Wolf" is going to be an exciting one as it is filled with intense drama, emotion and passion. What is more, viewers will be introduced to new cast members.

Actress Melissa Ponzio, who plays Melisa McCall in the show, has teased about these developments. She informed fans that lots of surprises lay in store. Though she did say that she is not allowed to talk about the sixth season, she gave out a good deal of tidbits. She informed that new faces will be introduced to the show and viewers will get to see the outcome of characters facing loss and dependence on others.

According to reports, showrunner Jeff Davis has revealed the theme of the coming season and it is about friendship. It will explore the bond of Stiles and Scott, who had begun the show by heading to the woods to find a dead body. James has also hinted at a time leap and a significant change.

The leap will be of three years and the sixth season will open with the second semester of the students in their senior year in high school. It will also explore the romance between Lydia and Stiles while dealing with the Nazi zombie. An old threat will also surface in the form of an old mythology. But the good news is that Theo (Cody Christian) is making a comeback. Jeff has confirmed his return.

As for Tyler Posey, he is not leaving the show as was being suggested by the rumor mills. He is very much there and the actor has confirmed his continued presence. Not only this, he will also try his hand at direction. The actor said in an interview that he has been hanging out with directors and is learning the ropes under their tutelage.

Dylan O'Brien, who is said to have been replaced by One Direction member Harry Styles, is also very likely to be back as he is recovering quickly from his injury and fans can be assured of seeing him. Even the producers have not confirmed Harry's entry.
