Where did it all go right for the social messaging application WhatsApp? We firmly believe the fact that when Mark Zuckerberg owned Facebook made it free of all users to make use of their social messaging application completely costing nothing.

After the acquisition of the application from developers, Facebook took very nearly a finite number of months to actually decide that their app shouldn't even cost a dollar. And then, things never went downhill not just for the app but Facebook themselves after the recent quarter results indicated a positive incline in usage of all their apps. And now, WhatsApp will receive new updates where the app is rumored to receive "callback" and call forwarding features.

The WhatsApp team were still under the limelight due to the fact that end-to-end encryption making it harder for law-enforcement officials to actually track the movements of each and every user in their government database. This move was followed by other apps such as Viber too.

The new "callback" feature reportedly being developed can be accessed without opening the app and users can call their friends back with just the tap of a button. The button will be placed in the notifications panel of the instant messaging service. iOs users can also experience voice mail features quicker than their friends relying on other smart phone platforms.

The feature will let users record their voicemails and send them if the user is already busy or probably on another call. There are also a lot of talks going on about an additional feature letting users share .zip files through the social messaging client itself. This move will tread the path eliminating the use of requiring third party sources for this to happen. Facebook are now very keen on adding these features to their app as soon as possible.
