Zac Efron-Sami Miró Split Update: Sami Declares That She Has 'Never Felt Better'
Sami Miro is pretty happy in spite of having broken up with Zac Efron earlier this month.
Not only is she positive about it, but she even went public about her happiness on Instagram, declaring that she is "feeling better than ever."
She shared with 153k followers a beautiful picture, in which she looks cool and sober, wearing a leather jacket, black top and delicate gold earrings.
The message said: "I'm so motivated right now and excited for my path and new collection @samimirovintage I've literally never been happier. Thank you to those of you who have already made purchases and sold out #smv even while it's still on pre order. I'm f*cking thrilled right now."
Her split had begun with a demolition. Zac Efron deleted every picture of Sami Miro, his girlfriend of almost two years, from Instagram, unfollowing her in the same site, as well as in Twitter.
It was confirmed as the day progressed. The "Neighbors" star and his model girlfriend had ended their relationship.
The 28-year-old model and the actor of the same age had been spotted first in October 2014. But the last time they were seen in public was when they shopped for food together at a Los Angeles supermarket on April 11.
Recently, he was out working for the upcoming "Baywatch" remake along with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson in Tybee Island, Ga. Meanwhile, Miró attended the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, Calif., without him last week.
It was last year that she had talked in public for the first time about her link with Efron, the "High School Musical" alum.
"I've never spoken about us before, but, um, it's definitely different," the model said about getting so much public attention. "I think that you have to take that [kind of attention] with a grain of salt, and put yourself in other people's positions. I think that's actually a really big part of it, putting yourself in their shoes, and trying to understand where they're coming from, and then it kind of makes sense. It kind of just comes with the territory, and I know there's no really changing that, so you have to just embrace it.
"If I was dating someone who wasn't in the limelight, I might have more photos on [Instagram] of our relationship, but I do think it's important," she added. "I mean, it's what is going on in my life, and I think that my social media can still represent that."
On "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" last January, Efron said that one reason they both got on like a house on fire was because they loved going out on trips together.
"Things are great," he said at the time. "She's awesome.
"We get to do cool stuff," Efron continued. "We do a lot of adventurous stuff together. When I'm not working, we hit the road."
While both of them have shared positive vibes, things couldn't be better for Sami, going by what she wrote in Instagram.
