Kpop News: Korean singer and actor Kim Hyun Joong and ex-girlfriend Ms. Choi held their second plea for their legal trial

Kim Hyun Joong known for being an actor and singer have been in the verge of ongoing legal trial with his ex-girlfriend Ms Choi.

The second plea happened on April 8 at Seoul Family Court with respect to their cases in their relationship.

About their recent legal dispute, Kim Hyun Joong and Ms. Choi were in a predicament situation with their relationship since 2014.

From assaults and accuses accustomed to the actor Kim Hyun Joong by his former girlfriend, he is currently fighting for the custody of his child.

The first plea date happened on February 26 at the Seoul Family Court. Wherein Kim Hyun Joong expressed his desire in raising his child.

During this trial, the two sides clashed regarding the child's propagation of expenses and property rights. Kim Hyun Joong's side brought up the issue of Ms. Choi's standing to sue.

With respect to this, the justice department stated, "The justice department is also questioning that in discussion over it. However, an order has already been made regarding the legal property description, so we hope to specify that it is separate from the problem of the standing to sue."

Miss Choi's side has stated that she is currently recovering after delivering her child, and he won't be revealing any more information. He then added that his client will be suing Kim Hyun Joong for denying his status as the father of the child.

While the second plea that happened on April 8, there were no significant developments in the overall lawsuit; The attorney of Kim Hyun Joong expressed his desire to be finished with the lawsuit as fast as delicately possible while the attorney of Ms Choi relayed that he was not able to meet with Choi, and requested for more time.

The next plea date will hold on April 25.

Kim Hyun Joong is popular for being starred in the dramas "Boys over Flowers" and 'Playful Kiss".

The actor is recently attending the mandatory military service and will soon end on February 11, 2017.
