Acer's aluminum Chromebook 14: High end but, Budget Friendly

"Hello, beautiful." Acer revealed its first-ever 14-inch "Chromebook 14" on Tuesday which on paper looks pretty good. Costing about $300, it offers premium experience missing from the majority of the plastic Chromebook army like an aluminum casing and USB 3.1 ports, weighing about four lbs.

A fantastic fourteen-hour battery life claims. The product is supposed about to be 17mm thick. Chromebooks have been known to bring out extreme affordability in pricing with modest needs for basic productivity. It looks one of the best looking Chromebooks even though sharing a number of similarities

You can however choose your own luxury. The Chromebook 14 comes in two variants with either a full-HD or 1366-by-768 resolution both being IPS displays. The 1080p model feature a 12-hour battery-life claim, but also 1080p IPS displays very rare among Chromebooks.

The Chromebook 14 comes with either a quad or dual-core Celeron processor. Acer hasn't specified about the models of the processors. The Chromebook 14 is equipped with two USB 3.1 ports, a HDMI output, a HD resolution webcam, dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi, 16GB or 32GB onboard eMMC storage, and either 2GB or 4GB of RAM.

Acer has yet to estimate a shipping date for all the Chromebook 14 models.American e-tailers BestBuy are apparently carrying the premium models while the same ones are available to be pre-ordered on Amazon. Acer's Chromebooks are great additions to the mid-range of Chromebook series intended for businessmen around the world. They've been a solid choice for businessmen looking to limit their expenditures on hardware since these offer solid design and a mix of price ranges according to features.

At a minimum price point of 300USD for premier looks this would house everything users wanted in a top-model without going aboard the price bracket.
