Demi Lovato News: Singer's Retort To Pushers, 'Take Your Negativity Elsewhere'
Next year, Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas are heading for an exciting world tour. Nick was recently lined with Kate Hudson, but the focus has now shifted to the Future Now Tour with Demi on Oct 26. He added that they are "working hard to make the best tour possible."
Demi Lovato, the "Heart Attack" singer, usually works to help her fans continue loving her online or in real life.
But it was different on Tuesday afternoon, when she had to ward off a few individuals who were disappointed with her.
"No matter how long I've been doing this, sometimes the madness with the yelling and pushing becomes overwhelming and to avoid people either getting hurt or having more anxiety, I go inside hoping my fans will understand," she explained on Twitter.
"Today I had 2 instances where I had rude things yelled at me because I didn't stop for every single person. When stuff like that happens it actually really sucks. It's not okay and just remember, I'm used to getting hate but I'm human too. So please..Take your negativity elsewhere."
She took the first step by forgetting the negativity and sharing a large announcement with Nick Jonas Tuesday afternoon.
The two of them will be headlining the 15th anniversary of the Honda Civic Tour: Future Now. That will be an ideal platform for them to sing all their hits, and she will be crooning her single "Stone Cold."
"Being able to tour with someone you have considered one of your best friends for 9, 10 years, you don't get to do that often," Demi shared at today's press conference. "And we'll have a lot of days offs."
She continued, "He never sleeps, he's going to keep me from napping today. I was going to nap but we are going to get lunch. Things like that."
The Honda Civic Tour will be a bonanza for fans, who can expect "new experiences" and different vibes from the time he was with the Jonas Brothers. And the pair will have a great, joint collaboration onstage. Check it out here.
"We are working out the details, we are trying to figure everything out," Demi quipped. "We want it to be an unforgettable experience. We are very hands on with all the details. If you ask me in two months I can give you a solid answer."
