Eminem News and Rumors: Rapper Reported To Have Royal Genes
Eminem may soon have another title attached to his name aside from being dubbed as the King of Rap. In a recent genealogy report, the Detroit-based rapper is found out to have biological links to a Royal clan and the musician has some royal blood in his body.
As reported, a site called Geni traced Em's bloodline and found out that his 33rd grandfather was a King of Wales. Particularly, the rapper's genetic material holds connection with King Rhodri Mawr or Rhodri the Great. The Welsh King is widely known for his name, King of Gwynedd and is best remembered for ruling the provincial reigns in Wales.
The genealogical research also found out that the 43-year old musician may have links to Hwyel Dda, widely known as the King of Deheubarth.
Em is previously revealed to be of mixed descent from English, Swiss, Scottish and German descent that he got from his parents, Marshall Bruce Mathers, Jr. and Deborah Rae Nelson. And now, he has another bloodline and rather a unique one added in his portfolio.
To date, Eminem is making waves in the recent Lollapalooza South America 2016 in Argentina, Brazil and Chile. He is also cooking up his upcoming ninth album together with his protégé 50 Cent. Previously, he has collaborated with Rihanna in his Monster tour.
Recently, Lip Sync Battle host, LL Cool J also teased that he is collaborating with the King to come up with a brand new song.
"He actually did his vocals and everything," the host said.
Meanwhile, French pastry chef Guillaume Carbonnot, showed his utmost respect to the King of Rap by making a customized chocolate cake shaped into a speaker with a microphone and a cassette deck on top. Eminem's initial 'E' can be seen on one side.
Looking unique and cool, the customized Eminem cake is said to been completed after twenty hours of labor!
"This work was an opportunity to bring together my two passions: hip-hop and pastry," the chef said in his email.
Carbonnot, who is a fan since he was 13 or 14, continued to explain his fascination with Eminem's music.
"His music has always followed and always inspired me. I attended his concert at the Stade de France in Paris on Aug. 22, 2013. (It was) one of the most beautiful moment of my life," he said.
