Gwen Stefani Reveals Blake Shelton Is The Second Boyfriend In Her Entire Life!
Gwen Stefani may have been one of the most famous female rock vocalists of our times but she revealed that she did not let fame affect her values in dating. In a recent interview with K-Earth 101 FM, she shared that she only have two boyfriends in her entire life.
You know I've only had two boyfriends, right? So I'm not like - when you say that, it just sounds funny. It's just so limited. No, I do not [have a type]. That's a funny question. I'm gonna just stop right there," the 46-year old singer said as mentioned in US Weekly.
In her boyfriend list, she excluded her then-husband, Gavin Rossdale whom she was married for 13 years and bear three kids-Apollo, Zuma and Kingston.
During the interview, she also confirmed rumors that indeed, her new single "Make Me Like You" is about her new beau, Blake Shelton and the bar named Blake's is a telling detail that the song was about the country singer.
"I mean, come on! It's so easy. Honestly, it's so embarrassing when people ask me. My lyrics are so transparent, you know what I mean? I'm not trying to hide anything," she shared with a laugh.
The single debuted its music video at this year's 58th Grammy Awards during its commercial break.
Lots of people may have praised it for being impressive but that scene with Gwen on roller skates having a minor fall in the backstage has been very controversial.
But according to her during the radio interview, the scene was scripted and she 'was delighted to have fooled the audience, according to Daily Mail.
"Do you think my backside looks like that?' she incredulously asked the hosts, 'That was not me, that was a stunt double. And it was planned and we got everyone. We fooled 'em'" she said.
Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton started dating last year after being divorced from their ex-spouses, rocker Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert respectively.
In a previous interview with Carson Daly via E! Online, the songstress-coach expressed how surprised she was at finding love and finally moving on from her sadness.
"Oh my gosh, I had no idea what was coming next. I thought I was going to be stuck down there for a while. It feels so good right now. It's true, you just never know what's going to happen. I feel real happy."
