Twenty-five months after "Skyfall," James Bond has announced his next arrival. Pinewood Studios revealed the title and cast members of the next 007 movie in a press conference in England, Thursday adding that the movie is set to hit theaters Nov 06, 2015.
The next James Bond movie will be called "SPECTRE," which stands for "Special Executive for Counter-intelligence, Terrorism, Revenge and Extortion."
The 24th installment of the legendary franchise will see Daniel Craig return as Agent 007 and Ben Whishaw, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris and Rory Kinnear will also reprise the roles they played in "Skyfall."
The announcement was made by Sam Mendes, who will also return to direct the movie.
Neil Purvis, John Logan, and Rob Wade are returning to write the script. The trio wrote "Skyfall" together.
The team will be shooting in London, Rome, Morocco, Mexico City and Austria over the next seven months. It has already begun rehearsals and shooting starts Monday officially.
New cast members include Dave Bautista, Monica Bellucci, Andrew Scott and Lea Seydoux. Christoff Waltz will also return to the series though his exact role in the movie hasn't been made public yet but rumors have it that he might be playing the villain in the latest bond movie!
What else is new? James Bond's ride apparently. At the press conference in the studio, Mendes revealed that an Aston Martin DB10 will be 007's official ride.
"We have worked together to design this new car. It's a thing of beauty - and you'll be able to see what it can do," Mendes said at the press meet.
