Richard Marx Marries Daisy Fuentes In Snowy Aspen Mountains
Barely a year after his last divorce, 80s balladeer Richard Marx weds former Latina MTV VG Daisy Fuentes in snowy Aspen, Colorado.
According to Daily Mail, Marx gave a surprise wedding to the 49-year old former TV host on December 23, Wednesday. Happenings in their wedding can be seen in their social media accounts.
"On December 23rd, 2015 the magnificent @daisyfuentes gave me the honor of becoming my wife. #Aspen," the 52-year old musician captioned one of his photos in Instagram as he is seen hugging his new wife who is sporting a fur coat in the snowy regions of Aspen.
Fuentes can also be seen with a diamond sparkler during the occasion.
In a series of posts on Twitter, the Latina VJ also expressed how happy she was in their special day.
"This happened & I couldn't be happier," she posed with her husband while she was wearing her strapless wedding dress, a bouquet of flowers in her hand and a veil on her head.
'City Hall. When we went to get our marriage license, the day before the wedding," she said in another picture.
"I'm wearing #FAUXfur from FabulousFurs.com a site I love with all cruelty free fashions @donnasalyers #aspen," she wrote.
Richard Marx and Daisy Fuentes have been secretly dating since 2014. The musician had even included her in a 2014 music video entitled, "Beautiful Goodbye," Latina said.
In 2014, Marx also got divorced with his wife of 25 years, Cynthia Rodes. Fuentes first marriage happened in the early 90s with Timothy Adams, Billboard recalled.
Aside from his 80s smash hits "Should've Known Better" and "Right Here Waiting," Marx have been writing songs for other artists in the industry. He has written songs for Keith Urban and N 'Sync among others.
