Comedian Bill Cosby has been sued in Los Angeles on Tuesday by a woman who alleged that the entertainer sexually abused her in 1974 at the Playboy Mansion when she was aged 15, according to Reuters

The sexual battery lawsuit by the Southern California woman does not specify how much she is seeking from Cosby.

According to the lawsuit, the woman and her 16-year-old friend first met Cosby at a Los Angeles-area film suit where Cosby gave the girls drinks a week later at a tennis club.

"They walked over to see what was going on and they were approached by Cosby, who invited them to sit in a director's chair and engaged in conversation with them. He then invited them to come to his tennis club and meet him there the following Saturday," the complaint alleges. "Cosby asked the girls how old they were during this conversation and they told him that [Huth] was 15 and her friend was 16."

The lawsuit added that after several drinks comedian took them to the Playboy Mansion and told girls to lie and say they were 19 years old if asked. Eventually, Cosby forced her to perform a sex act on him with his hand, the lawsuit added.

The comedian was last sued in 2005 by another woman who also claimed she had been sexually abused by the comedian.
