Scott Disick Gets a Visit from his Family but No Kourtney Kardashian in Sight

Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian do not seem to be rekindling their romance anytime soon.

Disick, 32, recently got a nice visit from his three young children and Kourtney, his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his children, was noticeably absent. Instead of the 36-year-old reality TV star, her mother Kris Jenner brought Mason, Penelope and Reign to the facility in Malibu, California on Oct. 25.

Disick was very affectionate with the children. He gave his youngest, Reign, a kiss on the head and picked up his older two children. Disick even posed for a picture with Kris, 59. The entire visit lasted about two hours. ET reported that even though Disick was happy to see him children, he was "a bit serious" around Kris, who was still wearing the pajamas that she donned during her other daughter, Kim Kardashian's baby shower.

Back in September, a source told ET that even though Disick and Kourtney's relationship did not work out due to his drinking problem, he is still a great father.

"Scott sees the kids whenever he wants to," the source had said. "Despite all of Scott's addiction problems, he is a great dad and loves those kids with all his heart, and they are obsessed with him."

Disick has been in rehab for a little bit more than a week. This will be his fourth stint in rehab.

Several reports are claiming that Kourtney received an update on Disick's progress from his friend, Chris Reda. Kourtney and Reda were seen grabbing dinner after Reda was photographed visiting Disick.

Disick and Kourtney broke up after Disick was photographed with a former flame in July.
