Justin Bieber captured headlines this week when the paparazzi released pictures of the 21-year-old Canadian singer vacationing in Bora Bora completely naked. Although the "What Do You Mean" singer has not addressed the scandal or Twitter's reaction to the size of his junk, Bieber's legal team is reportedly prepared to sue.

Bieber's legal team has sent a cease-and-desist letter to the New York Daily News shortly after the newspaper published the photos Wednesday afternoon. The letter, according to The Hollywood Reporter, is demanding the Daily News to take down the photos within 12 hours. The newspaper had published nearly 100 photos. All of the ones that showed Bieber's entire naked body were censored. The uncensored photos leaked online on Thursday.

"We recently became informed that your company has obtained and is distributing unauthorized photographs of our Client including images showing him without clothing," the letter said.

Bieber's legal team is arguing that the photos not only represent a huge violation of the singer's privacy, but also an infringement on his trademark. The team is threatening to sue if the pictures are not taken down, which the Daily News has not done.

Bieber's only reaction to the whole scandal is when he "favorited" supermodel Chrissy Teigen's tweet, which read, "No one is ever disgusted by the pig who preys on, photographs and sells pictures of someone naked. Just the celebrity for being naked. Ok."

Bieber's Twitter page has mainly been focused on promoting his upcoming album, "Purpose," which will be released on November 13. The cover art for the album was just released on his own Instagram page.

Bieber's dad, Jeremy, however, could not wait to compliment his son in a very awkward tweet.

Bieber was vacationing with his rumored girlfriend, Jayde Pierce when the pictures were taken.
