Chris Brown Determined To Perform In Australia; 'Mistakes Don't Define You'
Chris Brown is not giving up yet and is determined to prove to the Australian government that he is fit to perform this December despite a previous decision from the government to deny him entry in their country.
In a series of tweets, the Loyal hit maker stated that he is a changed man and that people can live by his example, Billboard reported.
"I would be more than grateful to come to Australia to raise awareness about domestic violence. I'm not the pink elephant in the room anymore."
My life mistakes should be a wake up call for everyone. Showing the world that mistakes don't define you. Trying to prevent spousal abuse."
"The youth don't listen to parents nor do they listen to PSA's. The power that we have as Entertainers can change lives."
Brown's tweets came out as the Aussie government is giving him a chance through a 'case for entry' that his previous felony case as a result of beating then-girlfriend Rihanna will not incite bad example to the public, TMZ reported.
To do that, Brown has 28 days to file legal docs and making a case for entry before the government will release a final decision on whether he will be granted to perform in the four Australian cities.
Chris Brown is not the only celebrity who is not granted entry in Australia due to a previous felony case.
World boxing champion, Floyd Mayweather had not also been granted a visa that would allow him to do social functions such as having dinner and nightclub appearances in Sydney and Melbourne in January due to similar grounds, according to BBC.
