Can video footage from Bobbi Kristina Brown's home the night she was found unconscious prove her partner Nick Gordon's innocence? Gordon certainly thinks so.

According to Metro, Gordon claimed he argued with Bobbi Kristina, his partner and longtime love, after reviewing video footage hours before she was found unconscious. The claims were made in filings to a Fulton County court in response to a lawsuit the estate of Whitney Houston's late daughter levelled against Gordon.

While the description of the video footage has not been elaborately reported, reports in the past have suggested Gordon may have found his girlfriend with another man, triggering the argument.

Gordon has denied allegations of assault and wrongful murder of 22-year-old Bobbi Kristina Brown. He claimed that he went to his room after the argument and later tried to administer CPR on Brown when she was found unconscious by a friend in the bathroom.

Bobbi Kristina's family and her conservator think Gordon murdered her. The family did not allow him to visit the aspiring actress before she died on July 26. He was banned from attending her funeral.

Singers Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's daughter Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious on January 31 this year. To help her recover from brain damage, doctors induced her into a coma but she died before regaining consciousness.
