Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez Dating Rumors: ‘Chains’ Singer Claims they were just Catching Up

Nick Jonas and Selena Gomez were seen hanging out and surely enough, rumors of a rekindled romance quickly circulated.

Jonas, who recently got out of a two-year relationship with Olivia Culpo, addressed these rumors in an interview with Capital FM's Max Akhtar in London this past Tuesday.

"Obviously, you've been there before. And you did say on this show she's [Gomez] a great kisser...She's single pringle," Akhtar said. "You've also been spotted out with her. People jump to conclusions."

Jonas, 22, explained that their meet up was completely accidental.

"We kind of ran into each other a couple of weeks ago, like walking in Venice. We were both with separate groups of friends and we ran into each other. I put a dinner together with a bunch of really great people, like the Haim girls, who I love. They're awesome. They're the best. It was a big group of people and we all had a great time. We connect in that sense. It was nice to connect and just catch up. I'll leave it there!"

After Jonas commented these dating rumors, Akhtar asked if there was a possibility that he could reunite with the 23-year-old "Good For You" singer.

Jonas replied, "There's also lots of other options."

In the interview, Jonas was also asked if there was any romance brewing between him and Tinashe.

"She's dope. She's kinda like the homie. Does that make sense?" Jonas said. "Because we worked together and we're just friends, it feels like it's that. I wouldn't want to mess that up! I would want to be friends with her, I think."

Tinashe once said that she thought Jonas was hot but would never go there (Jonas was dating Culpo at the time).
