Xiaomi has brought out its new Mi Water Purifier. The Xiaomi Mi Water Purifier uses Reverse Osmosis (RO) to purify water, which is the same process used for bottled pure water filtration, desalinization and medical water.

The Xiaomi Mi water Purifier contains four filters- a cotton filter, two activated carbon filter, and a RO membrane. The first filter cleans sediment, rust, and other such impurities from water, the carbon filters reduces discolouration and odour, and also improves the taste. While the RO membrane filters heavy metals, bacteria and other organic matter from water.

However, what makes this water purifier a Smart Water Purifier is that, it can be controlled by a smart phone. Installed app's gives real time data on the purity of the water and also reminds you when it is time to change the filters. What makes it more appealing, it that, the Xiaomi Mi Smart Water Purifier is very cosy and compact, at the same time eight times faster the standard water purifier.
