Magic Mike XXL is warmly greeted by a huge percentage of female audiences waiting to have a taste of their eye candies.

According to TV3, the new Magic Mike, directed by Gregory Jacobs with hotties Channing Tatum, Matt Bomer, and Joe Manganiello, has attracted mostly women audiences that account for 96% of its audience in a survey.

The statistics is considered to be a surge from the 73% female audiences of 2012's Magic Mike dramedy directed by Steven Soderbergh.

Critics attributed the increase to the recent film's emphasis on the 'male entertainer angle' rather than a well-constructed plot that the 2012 movie has, Screen Rant said.

The previous movie's plot and narrative is also a contributing factor that draw male audiences. It was remembered that in 2012, the movie has 27% male audiences.

Screen Rant also pointed out that the lack of competition in the marketplace may have also made the 2012 Magic Mike more appealing to its audience.

Magic Mike XXL's 5-day release has also produced an unappealing $27.07M but producers were not hurt as the film's production cost is only $14.7M, an amount said to be cheap and easy to achieve break even, Deadline said.

"I lost my girls but hopefully I can get them back during the week," Warner Bros. distrib chief Dan Fellman said.

Meanwhile, Channing Tatum and co-star Kevin Nash admitted to have underwent intense grooming to stun their audience for Magic Mike XXL.

''The grooming is on a high level, because you don't want a jungle down there, overflowing the posing pouch," Tatum said.

Kevin Nash also admitted to have resorted to heavy waxing to hide the signs of ageing of his 55-year old body.
