'Something Great' Coming Next Week From T-Mobile, CEO Hints

T-Mobile CEO John Legere is very active on Twitter but occasionally he also switches to Periscope to share a live video of himself and his thoughts. Yesterday he did just that and dropped some hints about what his company has got in the works.

He was live broadcasting from a beach in The Hamptons, New York, in which he teased that next week is going to be "fantastic" and T-Mobile is "coming out with something great next week." He went on to say that he might be on TV next week.

He did not provide any further detail about what T-Mobile is planning next week but we suspect it might be another Un-carrier Amped move.

When T-Mobile first teased Un-carrier Amped, it said that it would be "amping up several of [its] most wildly popular Un-carrier moves," so we are pinning our hopes on the related announcement.

He also shared his thoughts about the whole Apple Music-Music Freedom situation. Legere added that he's working on adding Apple Music to Music Freedom, though, saying that "it'll get done."

You can view the replay of the Legere's Periscope on this link. (Periscope replays are only available for 24 hours after the original broadcast ends)
