Alec Baldwin’s Daughter Beaten Up: Ireland Pictured With Severe Facial Bruises After Attack By 3 Men
Ireland Baldwin, the daughter of Hollywood stars Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger, was reportedly attacked by three men Monday evening. The 19-year-old model, who stepped out with her boyfriend Jon Kasik around Malibu, was seen with bruises on both of her cheeks as well as her nose.
According to the Daily Mail, the men had been following her for about a week before the attack.
"A week ago, a crew of guys were following Ireland around Malibu, tailing her car super close," a source told the Mail. "So Ireland came back to Soba Recovery Center and got one of the bodyguards at the center to come out and say the harassment needs to stop."
Baldwin checked herself into the Soba Recovery Center for emotional issues and bullying. Although the center treats people with drug and/or alcohol addition, the young star revealed, in a series of tweets, that she was not getting help for any addictions.
The tweets read: "I checked myself into Soba for two weeks to just get away for a little bit. I'm not much a party cat but I am here deal with...Some emotional trauma and getting the intensive therapy I needed in order to recover. Someday I'll feel ready to share my story...Openly without feeling the way I do. Right now I just need a breather. I needed a chance to work on myself and gather all the tools...I need to overcome everything that I had been through and rid myself of all the pain I locked away in unreachable places."
Baldwin and her girlfriend, rapper Angel Haze, broke up right before Baldwin checked herself into the facility. They were together for nearly one year. Baldwin and her new boyfriend, 23-year-old Kasik, met at the recovery center.
Baldwin and her reps have not commented on this latest story.
In other news, Baldwin's father and his wife, Hilaria Thomas, welcomed a baby boy named Rafael Thomas. The couple already has a 22-month-old daughter, Carmen Gabriela.
Baldwin signed with IMG Models in 2013 but is no longer with the agency. She also made her acting debut in the 2013 film, "Grudge Match." Baldwin played a younger version of her mother's character for the flashback scenes.
