Facebook Rolls Out More Stringent Security Check Ups

Facebook has been one of the most interesting and the most used social networking sites by people of every walk of life.

Since, most of the users have most of their personal information entered in their Facebook account, it is very important to ensure that their account is in safe hands.

To ensure security of all the Facebook accounts, the company has introduced a new round of security check for the users.

The Verge reported that, "Facebook has released a new feature called Security Check Up that would be popping up into select users News Feed soon. The Check up will pop up over the top of the site, prompting users to explore a couple options you have to increase your security.

With the introduction of the mobile version of Facebook, users might have also logged in to their account via their mobile, and might have not logged out. In such a condition, if the mobile ends up lost, stolen or just re sold, it might be really dangerous.

The users will receive login alerts to prevent such activities.

Hence, the Security Check Up introduced by Facebook is a must for every user to keep their Facebook accounts safe and prevent any detrimental activities from happening.
