Apple might have accidentally leaked the upcoming iPhone which could be iPhone 6S or iPhone 6C. The images of the unannounced iPhone were spotted on the Apple store, following the release of iPhone Lightening Dock.

The phone looked similar to iPhone 5C but small differences have led some to speculate that it could be on the upcoming models of iPhones.

One of the most noticeable difference is the home button. Unlike iPhone 5C, the home button doesn't feature square shape, suggesting that the phone supports Touch ID sensor.

According to one school of rumors, Apple is planning to bring the new 'C' version of the iPhones which could be cheap. However, according to some, this could sit alongside the updated versions of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

iPhone 6S Release Date and Rumors

iPhone 6S is expected to launch soon (may be July this year) and it could come with Force Touch Technology, which uses the new pressure sensitivity. It was first announced for Apple Watch, and it recently made its way to MacBook and MacBook Pros.

"Force Touch uses tiny electrodes around the flexible Retina display to distinguish between a light tap and a deep press, and trigger instant access to a range of contextually specific controls," Apple describes the technology. "With Force Touch, pressing firmly on the screen brings up additional controls in apps."

In addition, iPhone 6S is expected to boost the camera to 12 megapixels, improving gesture control support. Apple might also add an external microphone near the speaker.
