Lenovo LaVie Laptops FInally Hits the US Market

The much awaited ultra-light laptop ranges from Lenovo have entered the market. The Lenovo LaVie Z and the Lenovo LaVie Z 360 can now be purchased in the U.S.

The LaVie Z sports a 13.3 inch screen and runs on a fifth generation Intel core processor and runs on Windows 8.1 64-bit. It features multi touch display, and gets up to nine hours of battery life on a single charge and weighs just 1.87 pounds.

On the other hand, the LaVie Z 360 also features a 13.3 inch screen. However, as the name indicates, the LaVie Z 360's touch display can be rotated into a tablet position on top of functioning as a typical clamshell notebook. The LaVie Z 360 weighs a bit more than the LaVie Z.

Both, the Lenovo LaVie Z and the Lenovo LaVie Z 360, offer a 4 GB of memory, along with an option for 8 GB, a 128 GB solid state drive, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11AC, USB 3.0, HDMI, a headphone jack and an SD card slot.

The Lenovo LaVie Z is priced at $1,499 and the Lenovo LaVie Z 360 is priced at $1,699.
