'Walking Dead' Star Seth Gilliam Arrested For Marijuana, DUI and Reckless Driving
One of the actors in Walking Dead, Seth Gilliam is arrested on Sunday for DUI, marijuana, reckless speeding and driving.
Investigators said that Gilliam is driving 107 miles per hour in a 55 zone causing his arrest in Peachtree City, CNN said.
Upon inspection, the police also found a marijuana cigarette inside his car which added to his violations. Also he was found to have a blood alcohol reading of .107
He was jailed at the Fayette County Jail, where he received such charges. Later on, he was released from jail after paying $9,818 bail, Zap2it said.
According to WPXI, the 46-year old actor is a newcomer who joins recently-concluded fifth season of "The Walking Dead." He plays the role of a disturbed priest who lets his people die outside while he locks himself up inside the church.
He also stars in other films, "Starship Troopers" (1997), HBO's "Oz" (1991-2001), HBO's "The Wire" (2002-2008) and the recent film "Still Alice" (2014).
Meanwhile, the filming for The Walking Dead season 6 has also started. According to The Inqusitr, this season will have a different plot twist and will focus on the experience of a single family rather than a bunch of strangers thrown together to face zombie enemies
A newcomer, Elizabeth Rodriguez, is also expected to appear in this upcoming season and may portray as an outsider who may either be an ally or threat to the Tomkins family. Spoilers, however, said that she might not be appearing in the first episodes.
Rodriguez has also been a regular cast for the series' spinoff Fear The Walking Dead.
