'Fifty Shades Darker' Update: Dakota Johnson Chops Hair, Will Christian Grey Approve?
"Fifty Shades Darker" star Dakota Johnson has chopped her beautiful brunette locks into a stylish bob.
In the book and now hit movie Fifty Shades of Grey, the hair belonging to Dakota Johnson's character, Anastasia Steele, has a key role as Christian Grey has penchant for braiding it. But now, following the movie's February release, the 25-year-old actress has joined the bob brigade with a flattering grown-up cut.

Dakota Johnson kept her bangs intact instead of the straight-across fringe we typically see on the bobbed look. Dakota's new bob gives her a much more fashion forward vibe, and she's bordering on a hipster look. Johnson teamed her new hairdo with skinny jeans, grey coat, boots and round glasses.
Other famous celebrities have also been rocking the bob look this spring: Lauren Conrad, Kim Kardashian, and Jessica Alba.
In addition to Fifty Shades Darker and third film Fifty Shades Freed, Johnson is attached to new comedy Chloe and Theo with Mira Sorvino and crime drama Black Mass with Johnny Depp.
Johnson has kept a relatively low profile since Fifty Shades of Grey premiered in February. The movie earned over $567 million at the box office. Dakota Johnson and co-star Jamie Dornan are expected to return for sequel Fifty Shades Darker which will be out next summer.
