Apple has mostly kept the lid on much of its Watch's specs so a solid information about the innards is still unknown. As far as we know, the Apple Watch is running on a totally new chip, which the company is calling the S1. According to reports, the processor is similar to the A5 silicone used in the iPhone 4S.
Apple watch also has a gyroscope and accelerometer to track your movements.
In terms of storage, the Watch has 8GB in-built, of which 2GB is reserved for music.
Apple Watch Features
Health and Fitness is one prime area where Apple Watch is expected to excel. Activity feature aims at presenting your daily activity statistically. Stand feature of Apple Watch reminds you to stand every hour.
The Watch comes with inbuilt Apple Pay and Siri. Some other built-in apps include Messages, Phone, Mail, calendar, Workout, Passbook and Maps.
Apple Watch also has an app called Camera Remote, which acts as a viewfinder for the iSight camera on the iPhone.
Apple Watch is compatible with iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C and iPhone 5.
