Final Four NCAA Tournament 2015 Update: TV Schedule Info

By Cheri Cheng - 04 Apr '15 10:40AM

The 2015 NCAA Tournament is winding down and the final four will put on a show Saturday night at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis.

The first game of the night will be between No.1 seed Duke and No. 7 Michigan State at 6:09 p.m. ET on TBS. This game will be Duke's head coach, Mike Krzyzewski's 12th final four match and Michigan State coach Tom Izzo's seventh. Combined, the coaches' 19 appearance is the most ever in one final four match up.

The two teams played in November with Duke coming out on top. However, since then, the teams have improved and changed drastically. Michigan State's growth has made them a real contender in the final four. Duke has also stepped up its game. The Blue Devils have started playing real good defense.

"It's been a progression for Duke. Early on this season they might have because their communication wasn't great, their help wasn't great - they're so young. There were times when if they went through a scoring drought or they started missing some shots it affected their defense. That isn't happening anymore," ESPN commentator Jay Bilas said on Mike & Mike (via 247Sports).

Kentucky and Wisconsin are slotted as the second game of the night. Their matchup will start at 8:49 p.m. on TBS. Both teams have almost every single player returning from the 2014 NCAA Tournament. Although Wisconsin has a shot of upsetting the undefeated Wildcats, the Wildcats strength inside the post might be too big for the Badgers.

Scott Polacek with Bleacher Report wrote, "The thing that is so enticing about this showdown is so many commentators view Wisconsin as the one team that could realistically knock off Kentucky, although Notre Dame gave it an impressive try in the Elite Eight."

This is the second time that both Final Four games will be aired on a cable channel as opposed to the broadcast network, CBS. Live stream for both games will be available via NCAA.com.
