Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick Update: Couple living Separate Lives

Kourtney Kardashian and longtime beau Scott Disick's relationship has really gone downhill after Disick completed a short rehab stint in Costa Rica.

RadarOnline is reporting that the two, who are parents to three children, Mason, 5, Penelope, 2, and newborn Reign, are living separate lives and heading for a split.

"The relationship has run its course. With Scott's refusal to stop drinking and partying, Kourtney doesn't want to put any more effort into it," a source said to Radar. "Scott continues to sleep in a separate bedroom at their house. He feels neglected and has accused Kourtney of caring more about their three children," the source claimed. "They are just living completely different lives. It's only a matter of time until Scott moves out of the house, and they formally break-up."

The source added that the relationship has lasted for so long because Scott does not want to lose the connections he gets when he is linked to the Kardashian family.

"The only reason Scott hasn't left Kourtney is because once that happens, Scott knows those club appearances will no longer be offered," the source said. "He has gotten used to a certain lifestyle, and isn't ready to give that up."

Meanwhile, the couple has been particularly reflective and affectionate toward one another on Instagram. Kourtney posted a throwback picture of when she first met Scott in 2006.

Scott posted a picture of Kourtney, calling her a "cutie."
