Bride Runs Away From Wedding After Learning Groom Doesn't Know What's 15 Plus 6

There are several reasons to walk out of your wedding if you are having cold feet and are not sure if this is the person you want to spend the rest of your life with. However, one Indian bride walked out after her husband-to-be failed to solve a rather simple math problem, according to reports.

The incident took place in Rasoolabad village near the industrial town of Kanpur in northern Uttar Pradesh state, according to an Associated Press.

What was the math problem that was so hard and caused the wedding to end unhappily? The math problem was as straight forward as what's 15 plus six? His answer was 17.

According to the report, the bride was put off by his lack of knowledge and his family tried to convince her to stay and go ahead with the arranged marriage. She refused and said the groom had misled them about his education.

"The groom's family kept us in the dark about his poor education," said Mohar Singh, the bride's father. "Even a first grader can answer this."
