Madonna revealed that her eldest child Lourdes got 'horrified' hearing the racy lyrics of some tracks found in her recent Rebel Heart album. In an interview with Carson Daly in The Today Show, the 56-year old diva revealed details on how she manage to balance between being a mom and a superstar.

As mentioned in a report by People, the Material girl said, "Lola's horrified by all of it. She just wants me to be her mom."

Further, the Material Girl star said that there are times when she get uncomfortable working on her latest songs when the kids visit her studio.

"Every time my kids would visit me in the studio, it would just so happen that I'd be working on a song like 'Holy Water' or 'S.E.X. And I'd be like, 'OK, just could - I'll be - stay outside. I'll be right out'" she explained according to Today.

However, according to Madge, it was just Lourdes who reacted very strongly.

"At this point, Rocco doesn't care. It just goes over his head. He's like, 'Oh, mom. Mom's being mom.' The other little kids don't really - they're not tuned into that frequency yet."

As to her overall opinion about motherhood, the music icon said, "The more kids you have, the more responsibilities you have, the more you have to really be aware of time, time management, and juggling lots of balls in the air, and thinking, 'Oh, my God, this is how am I gonna do this? How am I gonna promote my record and show up at my daughter's show? You know what I mean? It's a tug of war" she told Daly.

Despite her hectic lifestyle, the Daily Mail said that Madonna still puts her family among her topmost priorities.

The news source mentioned that Madonna's Instagram page is filled with either pictures of moments spend with her kids or in promoting her music career.

The icon also pamper her kids by taking them in trips. It was said that in January, Madge spends time skiing with her children. And on November, they went to Malawi where her youngest adopted children, Mercy and David come from.

Meanwhile, Madonna shared an advice for her daughter Lourdes.

"Try to do everything in moderation,' she said of the wisdom she imparted to her daughter. 'Try not to kill all your brain cells. And try to go to class."
