Kim Kardashian Hair Update: Reality Star Sheds Her Classic Look by Going Platinum Blonde
Kim Kardashian has stunned her fans by going platinum blonde.
The reality star beauty is known for her beautiful dark locks has changed it up by debuting a new platinum 'do during Paris Fashion Week. Ironically, Oscar-winning actor Jared Leto was at the same Balmain show on Thursday at Fashion Week and he was sporting a very similar look.
That look was created by celebrity stylist George Papanikolas, but when Kardashian broke the news of her tresses Thursday on Instagram, she thanked her makeup artist Joyce Bonelli for the "inspiration" and Gregory Russell for making her the mane attraction.
Kardashian is taking more than a fashion risk, experts added.
“I would not recommend to make such a drastic transformation in a day,” says Warren-Tricomi master colorist Joel Warren, according to the New York Daily News. “It can be done, but I would recommend starting with highlights and gradually adding more over time for a nice transition.”
