Google I/O is in full swing over in San Francisco and, on the wearable front, the big news (apart from the exciting Daydream VR platform) is that Android Wear 2.0 – “the most significant Android Wear update since its launch two years ago” – is coming soon.Landing in the fall, Android Wear 2.0 evolves the smartwatch platform beyond anything the handful of minor incremental updates have done so far.

Lenovo is already a well know producer of technology, and you're likely familiar with the brand in the laptop world. Lenovo ThinkPad X1: Good enough?

Lenovo has essentially taken its popular ThinkPad T460s design and shrunk it down into a more manageable frame with the ThinkPad X1 Carbon 2016 edition. The ultrabook sports a similar black magnesium and carbon fiber reinforced plastics. Similar to the T460s the X1 Carbon offers slight curves around the corners of the display lid and the bottom of the chassis, helping to spice up the otherwise professional simplistic aesthetic.
