Hagupit Hits Philippines, 21 Confirmed Dead

Philippines has received more than its fair share of disasters as it is once again buffeted by a powerful typhoon. Known locally as Ruby, Typhoon Hagupit made landfall into the eastern Philippines late Saturday.
