Escaped Drug Lord El Chapo Has 'Anchor Babies' In The U.S.

Mexican drug trader El Chapo, who escaped prison a month ago, had ordered his wife to exploit a flaw in the U.S. Immigration Policy, by giving birth to "anchor babies" in California.
