Facebook has announced a new Messenger Platform at its F8 Facebook Developer Conference that would allow Messenger app users to send GIFs, videos and other kinds of content from third-party apps within app.
Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is reportedly conducting preliminary talks with Uber CEO Travis Kalanick about integrating the taxi service into Facebook Messenger.
