Meanwhile, Japanese telecom giant Softbank group is reportedly negotiating with Chinese internet giant Tencent over a purported sale of the former’s 73% stake in the company at $5.5 billion valuation.

Supercell has also announced it would permanently suspend accounts of players caught cheating after the two-week ban.
