MacBook Pro 2015 Release Date and Rumors Update: Next Version Expected To Sport Intel's Skylake Chipset [Updated]

According to rumors, the yet to be released MacBook Pro 2015 may sport the latest Skylake 14Nm processors to rival Samsung. TouchID might also be seen on the new versions of the MacBook Pro.

Skylake 14Nm chip is the direct successor of Broadwell and recently Intel announced the related plans.

"Apple has already made it clear on their desire to integrate Skylake with their future devices and if the rumors are right, the processor will be available just in time for the MacBook Pro. This will also bless the laptop with like advanced wireless networking as well as charging," Motoring Crunch reports.

Rumors also suggest the inclusion of TouchID on the MacBook Pro 2015. As reported earlier, this could be added to the MacBook's Magic Mouse and Desktop Mac's Magic Trackpad.

We could also see the 3K ultra HD Retina Display in the upcoming version of MacBook Pro.

The MacBook Pro 2015, according to rumors, should come in 12-inch, 13-inch, and 15-inch model.

MacBook Pro 2015 is expected in June.
