'Fifty Shades of Grey' first look: FIVE full clips from the sexy movie

If you can't wait until Valentine's Day to see "Fifty Shades of Grey," the Today show released exclusive clips of the wildly anticipated movie based on the bestselling books.

Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson appeared Friday morning's episode of the "Today" show to talk the highly anticipated big-screen adaption of E L James' best-selling erotic novel.

"I'm just excited for people to see it," Johnson, 25, told co-host Savannah Guthrie.

The next two movies will be called "Fifty Shades Darker" and "Fifty Shades Freed," both based on the E.L. James novels of the same names.

Johnson spoke very highly of her character Anastasia Steele, calling her "one of the most strong willed.

"She has such an air of self-worth about her."

While filming the sex scenes in the Red Room wasn't exactly a comfortable scenario for Johnson and Dornan, they revealed they "built up a real trust with each other.

"I trust him so much," Johnson said of her hunky Irish co-star.

"We were only there to help and protect each other."
