'Frozen Fever’ Short Film Coming to a Theater Near You in 2015
Elsa, Anna, Kristoff and Olaf are all coming back to entertain you next Spring. Disney Studios have announced a new "Frozen" short film for 2015.
The short film titled "Frozen fever" will reportedly be directed by Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck. It is produced by Peter Del Vecho.
While Idina Menzel (or Adele Dazeem as per John Travolta), Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad will be reprising their voices for the respective characters, a new song by Robert Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez is also planned.
According to the Disney Insider blog, the announcement was first made on ABC's special ""The Story of Frozen: Making an Animated Classic" that aired Sep 02. Sneak peeks and announcements of a few other shows were also made in the segment.
But Disney Animation also tweeted confirming the news.

The plot of "Frozen Fever" revolves around Anna's birthday and apparently, Kristoff and Elsa are determined to throw Anna the best birthday bash ever. But Elsa's powers may prove a tad bit "difficult" in a party situation. Fans are overjoyed with the Frozen short film news.

While the short film isn't due until next spring, fans can enjoy the sing-along version of "Frozen" that Disney is releasing on Blu Ray this November. A "Disney on Ice" tour - based on the movie - is also being planned on, The Wrap reports.
"Frozen" earned $1.7 billion worldwide after it released last year, making it the most successful animated feature film of all times. It also won an Academy Award for Best animated feature.
