Authorities have yet to say publicly what caused Brown to lose consciousness, but "Entertainment Tonight" reported that she suffered an apparent accidental drug overdose.
Meanwhile, TMZ reported that authorities found drugs in Brown's pad during a second search, conducted over the weekend. The first search did not turn up any narcotics.
Police had recently been to Bobbi Kristina Brown's residence. An anonymous caller had reported a fight there January 23, but nobody answered the door and officers found no evidence of an altercation, said police spokeswoman Lisa Holland, according to CNN.
Brown is the only child of legendary singer Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.
Almost three years ago on February 11, Whitney Houston was found dead in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel near Los Angeles, hours before she was to attend a pre-Grammy Awards party.
