Teen Wolf Season 4 Episode 11 Review: Will Scott become a beserker?; 5 burning questions from 'A Promise to the Dead'
Mrs. McCall makes a long overdue discovery, Peter gives his daughter a proposition, and Scott is about to undergo a very unwanted transformation. Here are my five burning questions from "A Promise to the Dead":
No. 1 - Will things get better for Scott and his mom?
Mrs. McCall finally found the money under the bed and prompted Scott to return the money to Derek. I'm sure I wasn't the only one hoping Derek would give Scott some of the money to help the McCall family. Nevertheless, the money was returned. While the McCall's didn't receive any good financial news this episode, the Stilinskis did - no more Eichen House bills. So when will Scott and his mom get the financial break they need?
No. 2 - How does Peter think Malia will be able to complete his task?
Let's be honest - Malia vs. Kate would end very much in favor of Kate. So how does Peter plan to have Malia kill kate? Also, will Peter really tell Malia the identity of her mother if she somehow succeeds in taking Kate out?
No. 3 - Is Derek definitely going to die?
Things continue to look worse and worse for Derek. It all started with the deadpool. Derek's name was one of the codes along with Allison and Aiden - both deceased. In last night's episode Lydia showed up to Derek's loft and didn't say "hello" or ask how his night was going. She just screamed. All that's left for "Teen Wolf" to do is put up a neon sign which reads "Derek Hale is not making it out of Season 4." Do you believe Derek is going to die?
No. 4 - Again we must ask, WHAT IS JORDAN PARRISH?!
We still have no idea what Deputy Jordan Parrish is. However, we now know his eyes glow. Parrish's eyes turned a dark orange as he was helping Argent remove a metal pipe from his stomach (courtesy of our resident villain Peter Hale). So does Parrish have super strength in addition to his ability to walk out of burning cars? Guys, what is Jordan Parrish?
No. 5 - Will Scott become a super beserker?
It seems Kate will turn Scott into a beserker, forcing him to ironically fight his friends as they are trying to rescue him. Will his status as an alpha make him a much more dangerous beserker? How long will he stay one of Kate's minions? Will he somehow be able to fight Kate's plan and avoid being a berserker all together? Hopefully, Scott doesn't spend a majority of next week's episode wearing a skull.
