Dead Kennedys: Woman Receives Oral Sex On Stage Of Punk Rock Gig; No Complaints Filed For The Odd Incident

Dead Kennedys was performing on Thursday last week at Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach, California when a couple did an exhibitionist stunt in performing oral sex on stage while the 80s punk rock band was playing their hit songs. The incident was first reported byABC News and was witnessed by its Team 10.

In an unedited picture posted in Jezebel, one can see a woman's body naked upper torso with her privates exposed. Beneath her is a man said to be giving oral sex to her.

A concertgoer who identified himself as Chris said that the incident was very odd and rare to be found in a rock band concert.

"This was something definitely different to see at a punk concert. I think it was more an oddity, people just saw something strange for a few minutes," the concertgoer said.

Parts of Chris' statement were found in Loudwire describing how the audience reacted towards the odd incident. As said, some audience took pictures and stared for a few minutes but rendered their attention to the concert after a few minutes.

Further, it said that the couple was later thrown out from the concert venue.

Ultimate Classic Rock cited a provision in the local penal code saying that public exposure of sexual acts can be considered a misdemeanor if formal complaints expressing that people are "offended" and "annoyed" are filed to the authorities.

However, nobody from the crowd and even members of the club management team has filed a report about the incident.

The club management later on issued a statement saying, "Of course, we don't condone this activity in our establishment and security stopped it right away. This is certainly a first for us."
